Unhappy I had Covid in jail and was alone for 50 days in a cell

I dont know what was worse, the detox from the alcohol or being put in solitary confinement for 50 days without having any interaction with anyone. You really should count your blessings when things are just normal and your just living life. Some people dont realize just how bad things can get and then you pray that you just could go back to feeling the normal which many people just take advantage of and do not understand what if feels like to be on the verge of death and all alone in a concrete cage.

Ive been there plenty of times it wasn't the easiest way to commit n be dedicated to being sober n it definitely wasn't the easiest way to commit to myself that it was time to grow up and take care of my responsibility and not rely on others nor was it the easiest decision Ive made it was a long process of elimination down to what matters the most in my life now i:roll-eyes:-m done with the negative people n places and things done in the past. IM OK with today and living in the moment n the feeling of freedom is priceless and with that life comes those repercussions it isn't a place to be in jail or active addiction its takes a lot of dedication and commitment to be able to stay away from anything no matter that effects no matter what you have to do to stay positive and and keep it simple and one day at a time never lose hope n always smile just because it harder n u use muscles
