History of Marijuana
Hope this is ok to start of thread about marijuana. I used for several years and studied it a lot.
Did you know that Queen Victoria used cannibis resins for pms and cramps? Yeah, I was shocked when I lived in England several years ago to find that out. Her reign was from 1837 to 1901 (thanks Wikipedia) and I find it very interesting that that period saw a whole lot of growth of Indian cannibas medicine.
Also, back here in the States, between 1842 and 1890's, marijuana was the #1 analygesic ...asprin wasn't discovered until 1900. Very strong cannibas medicine made up half - HALF! - of all medicine sold. My grandma took it and before she died told me NOBODY was worried about getting high.
So...what changed??
Is is because of the pharmacy business not getting enough?
I dont get it.

Haha, your grandma too?
Hey I just read your story Michele... you had that kind of grandma too??
My Mamere used to tell me that her daddy always bought something called Hasheesh Candy for the kids from a Sears Robuck catalog!!!
Back then, they said it was a totally harmless and fun candy. So what changed?

Hydroponics
Somebody in the forum mentioned how much stronger marijuana is these days. Not sure if this was discussed, so I'll throw that out there as a FYI.
Hydroponic marijuana is grown in a controlled, optimized enviroment including automatic irrigation systems, regulated climate, the best fertilizer and other such amenities.
Consequently, the yielded product is extremely potent. Almost 100% of the marijuana grown these days are grown hydroponically.
